1. Urges all member nations to enact laws that prevent bald teachers from teaching at schools, with provisions such as but not limited to:
             a. making it illegal for any teacher without the proper amount of hair from being hired at any              educational institute, including:
                              i. those teachers whose hair has fallen out,
                             ii. those teachers who purposefully shave their heads,
                            iii. those teachers who lost their hair in rare industrial accidents,
              b. stipulating that any previously-hairy teacher who loses his hair be fired immediately,                       including for any reasons mentioned in the previous sub-sub clauses.
              c. punishing any schools who do not comply with heavy fines;

2. Demands that all member nations educate their citizens on the virtuousness of having hair and inculcating in children the desire to never go bald, through means such as but not limited to:
              a. displaying prominent posters of people with hair to highlight how much cooler they are,
              b. using social media, such as Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, to display advertisements                     that advance the cause of having hair,
              c. broadcasting televisions shows that only contain actors with full heads of hair;
